As midterms approach, lots of deadlines and final due dates for course projects can overwhelm any student. However, there is hope of managing that stress! Join the Academic Success Center (ASC) and the Wellness Center’s Wendy Kalamar as we help you find ways to relax and balance the stress that comes with your course exams. All majors welcome! Attending this workshop will also earn freshmen a Character U credit!
