Re-registration is NOW OPEN!
Re-registration is now open for all DSOs. DSOs must be re-registered to let us know that they wish to continue in the next academic year (2025-26).
There are three parts to re-registration:
- End of the year review - must be submitted by a current (student) officer of your DSO - due by April 23rd, 2025 at 11:55pm.
- Re-registrtion applicaiton - must be submitted by a student who will be an officer next academic year (2025-26) (can be accessed by going to the officer dashboard of your DSO and clicking on the "re-registration" button at the top) - due by April 23rd, 2025 at 11:55pm.
- New & Returing Officer Meeting - at least one new or returning officer (for 2025-26) is required to attend, but all are welcome to attend - on April 24rd, 2025 at 4:30pm.
Some things to note when completing the re-registration applicaiton:
- Bark does not allow officers to be assigned to more than one position within a group. If you have officers that hold more than one position (for example, Vice President & Social Media/Bark Chair), please only assign them to one (in this case, assign them to Vice President). Later in the form, you will be asked who will be holding the responsibilities of Social Media/Bark Chair and Communications Chair.
- If you have additional officer positions that are not the typical ones, please just select "officer" for them. You will be able to create unique officer positions later.
- There will be 10 slots for officers, you do not need to have 10 officers. There are that many slots for some groups that do have more. You only need to fill out the positions you have. President, Vice President, Treasurer, one other officer, and Advisor will be required to be filled out.
- All officers will need to accept their positions. Whoever is selected as an officer, should get an email notification for them to complete officer acceptance. Please let them know this!!
- If the president for next year is not the one filling out the re-registration form, they will need to approve the re-registration. They will get an email asking them to approve the re-registration application
- This email is being sent to all current DSO officers listed on Bark. If a new officer for next year is the one that will be completing the applicaiton, please pass this info over to them. They will also need to be added as an officer on the Bark page for them to have access to complete the application.
All DSOs that wish to re-register must complete all three parts and fill out all required fields. If your DSO will not meet certain criteria or have any issues with completing all three parts, but wishes to re-register, you must set up a meeting with me by the application due date to discuss your situation and review your DSO status.
