The Office of Alumni Relations is looking for volunteers to help with Homecoming & Family Weekend on Friday, September 25, and Saturday, September 26!
Please review the events and volunteer positions below and sign up using the SignUp Genius link. All volunteers will receive a Homecoming T-shirt as a thank-you for volunteering. When signing up, please indicate the club or organization you represent and your T-shirt size. You can also email me directly your shirt size.

Athletic Hall of Fame
5:00 p.m. | DeSales University Center, Conference Room
Volunteers Needed: 2
Shift Time: 4:30pm-6:00pm
Event Info:
- Responsibilities: greet guests and help them find their nametag and their table number.
- Attire: business casual (no jeans or t-shirts)
- Check in with Carrie Gradin when you arrive
Saturday, September 26
DeSales Disc Golf - 20th Anniversary Round
9:30 a.m. | Dorothy Day Student Center, DeSales Disc Golf Course
Volunteers Needed: 2
Shift Time: 9am-10:30am
- Responsibilities:
- Help set up alumni welcome table
- Greet guests, check them in, and record them if they are not registered
- People will go out and play, some may stay to throw some discs
- Check in with Joe Leese Class of 2016 or Melissa Ciment
- Attire: Casual, Homecoming t-shirt
- You may play and participate if you want!
Leadership Bulldogs and Bellinis
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. | DeSales University Center, O'Connor Commons

Shift Time: 11am-1:00pm (or leave when no longer needed for registration)

- Welcome alumni and donors
- Check guest in

Chemistry Demonstration
12:30 p.m. | Hurd Science Center
Volunteers Needed: 2
Shift Time: 12pm- 1:00pm
- Responsibilities:
- Hold doors, and direct guests to event location in Hurd
- Check in with Megan Diehl
- Attire: Casual, Homecoming t-shirt
Frankie’s Fun Zone
1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. | DeSales University Field behind the DUC
Volunteers Needed: 6
Shift Time:
12:30pm- 2:00pm (2)
2:00pm-3:30pm (2)
3:30pm-5:00pm (2)
- Responsibilities:
- Manage crowd, ensure only students and children get a pumpkin
- Help keep craft tables and snack station clean
- Greet children and guests
- Direct families to all the other activities
- Assist with pumpkin patch
- Check in with Carrie Gradin
- Attire: Casual, Homecoming t-shirt
Alumni Memorial Mass
