- Outside Food
- All outside food for events must be approved by DSU Catering/Dining. This should only be done for special circumstances.
- No outside food will be approved for events in the DUC, no exceptions.
- Posting Events
- Please post events AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance on Bark, but 3+ weeks is ideal.
- Event approval process can take about a week. It goes to me, and others on campus to approve.
- Checking into events
- Please continue to use the check in features on Bark for your events and meetings!
- Post Event Form
- New thing we are implementing starting this semester.
- Goal is to provide important info about what went into the event planning, promotion, and exicution to future officers of the group, so that knowledge is not lost
- It can be filled out by any officer EXCEPT the President
- This is required for all events and fundraisers, not required for meetings.
- Event help/volunteer reminders
- Your DSO must participate in two events during the year that count as event help/volunteer requirements.
- Polar Plunge & Relay for Life are coming up!
- Women for DeSales - funding for next year
