Head on over to our Sauté Station at the DUC for a high-class meal. Previous BBQ Elite Nights have had Grilled Chicken Thigh, Smoked Pork BBQ, Smoked Beed Brisket, Hot Smoked Sausage, Baked Beans, Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese, Steamed Corn, and desserts. Elite Nights occur 1-2 times a month with specific nights occurring once a semester.
