Head on over to our Sauté Station at the DUC for a high-class meal. Previous Surf & Turf Elite Nights have had 6oz. Grilled Ribeye, Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans, and desserts. Elite Nights occur 1-2 times a month with specific nights occurring once a semester.
