About Us
An organization representing the nursing students at DeSales University. Our goal as an organization is to help mold the future professionals of nursing by aiding in the transition from student nurse to professional nurse through leadership activities. The purpose of the DSU SNA is: A. To assume responsibility for contributing to nursing education in order to provide for the highest quality of health care; and B. To provide programs representative of fundamental interests and concerns to nursing students; and C. To aid in the development of the whole person, including his/her professional role, his/her responsibility for health care of all people; and D. To aid in the development of the NSNA core values including care, professionalism, advocacy, leadership and autonomy, diversity and quality education.
