The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008, revised in 2010, requires all postsecondary institutions to annually distribute a notice of the availability of institutional and financial aid information and make certain that required information is available to prospective and current students, prospective and current parents, employees, and the general public.
The required information is readily accessible through the DeSales University Consumer Information website and is updated on an annual basis. The information provided on the website is not a comprehensive list of all HEOA disclosures, but only those for which an annual notice must be issued.
