Please observe the following items before you leave campus for break:
- Please bring any cash or checks collected in offices or by clubs to the Treasurer’s Office window as soon as possible and prior to leaving for Christmas break.
- Any DeSales University checks payable to an individual or company that are in your possession must be given to Accounts Payable for cancellation or reissuance (i.e., checks that are beyond the 60 days need to be properly voided or reissued). Checks in your possession could impact an individual’s personal taxes.
- Invoices and check requisitions need to be submitted by Monday, December 15 to be processed in the last check runs for the calendar year. Checks will be printed on Thursday, December 18 and Monday, December 22. The first check run in the new year will be Monday, January 5, so please plan accordingly for any invoices that are coming due.
- Please submit any faculty, staff, and student reimbursements to our office no later than Monday, December 15. Failure to submit reimbursements in a timely manner can result in the reimbursement being treated as taxable compensation to the employee.
- Prize forms from the semester events also need to be completed and submitted to the Treasurer’s Office by Wednesday, December 17.
