DeSales University 2026 Annual Security Report Available by October 1, 2026

The 2026 Annual Security & Fire Safety Report will be published on the DeSales website by October 1, 2026. The report is prepared in compliance with the Clery Act and includes detailed campus crime and fire statistics for the previous three calendar years. It also outlines the University’s safety policies and procedures.

The crime statistics include information about:
  • Criminal offenses (homicide, aggravated assault, rape, fondling, incest, statutory rape, burglary, robbery, motor vehicle theft, and arson)
  • Hate crimes (above-listed crimes and theft, simple assault, intimidation, destruction/damage/vandalism of property)
  • Violence Against Women Act violations (domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking)
  • Arrests or Referrals for Disciplinary Action for violations of law concerning weapons, drugs, and alcohol

In addition, the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Regulations require the University to provide information to all current students and employees about University alcohol and drug policies: federal, state and local alcohol and other drug laws; and campus and community resources.
