The Office of Financial Aid would like to inform you of scholarship opportunities available to undergraduate students for the 2026 - 2027 school year from the Association of Independent Colleges & Universities of PA (AICUP). Eligibility requirements are specific to each scholarship sponsor. Please review this information to see if you are eligible.
The Commonwealth Good Citizen Scholarship - $2300 scholarship for students who have shown extraordinary commitment to community service and creativity in shaping their volunteer activities. The University can submit one application for this scholarship.

The McLean Scholarship for Nursing and Physician Assistant Majors - $5150 scholarship for full time undergraduate students enrolled in a Nursing or PA program with at least a 3.0 GPA. Students should also be campus leaders and community volunteers. The University can submit one application for this scholarship.

With both scholarships, the "little extras" make a difference! It is highly recommended to include a letter of reference, transcript and anything else that will set you apart.
Completed applications for AICUP scholarships must be returned to finaid@desales.edu by Friday, May 22, 2026 with the subject line: AICUP Scholarship.
