The Gateway to Success (GTS) program is looking for motivated and compassionate students to serve as Mentors for the 2026–2027 academic year.
GTS Mentors support first-year students in the GTS program, many of whom are first generation, as they transition to college. Mentors help students build confidence, develop effective academic habits, access campus resources, and become involved in campus life. If you enjoy helping others and want to grow as a leader, this role is a great fit.
Position Highlights:
- Paid work-study position (7 hours per week)
- Must maintain a 2.5 GPA
- Required training: March 18 to April 29, 2026
- Pre-Orientation commitment: August 20 to 23, 2026
- Build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
