Dear Colleagues,
I write to invite all faculty and staff to another open forum that will provide an update on the budget stabilization work that began last July and to continue the transparent sharing and dialogue we committed to at the outset of this process.

Time: 3:00 PM–4:30 PM
Location: DUC Conference Rooms
At the forum, Michael Sweetana, Derrick Wetzel, and I will provide an overview of where we started, the progress we have made, and what remains ahead as we work to ensure the resources needed to support our mission for years to come.
The remainder of our time together will be devoted to open conversation, questions, etc. If a question is not able to be addressed in the time available, we will be glad to follow up.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the care, attention, and professionalism you have brought to this work over the past months. These conversations are not easy, but they are essential—and your engagement, patience, and Salesian spirit have strengthened both the process and our community.
I hope you will join us and continue to share your questions and perspectives as we move forward together.
