Feeling like your worry is out of your control? You’re not alone. Overcoming Worry and Anxiety is a weekly group devoted to helping students learn how to encounter worry and anxiety differently and pursue a full and meaningful life. Join us in connecting with peers who are going through similar experiences, and support one another in learning strategies to reduce worry and anxiety.
This group will be run by the counseling center for 6 total weeks.
