The IDEAS Club is shifting gears this semester. We are moving away from traditional classroom-style presentations and launching a high-execution "Open Mic" model. Our focus is strictly on building professional communication, active listening, and real-world networking skills.

Executive Cabinet Opening: Director of Operations & Event Logistics
To support this new era of the club, we are immediately hiring a Director of Operations to join our executive cabinet. This is a resume-defining leadership role. Your core responsibilities will include:

Owning the ground-level logistics for our new Open Mic sessions.

Coordinating room setups, A/V, and run-of-show details for guest speaker events.

Working directly with the executive team to ensure seamless execution of our new national podcast initiative, Real World Leaders.
