The IDEAS Club is officially opening applications for our Director Leadership Positions for the upcoming academic year. Our mission centers on hands-on, project-based execution and real-world networking, giving you active leadership experience that goes well beyond standard classroom learning.

We are currently recruiting dedicated members for the following Director Positions:

• Director of Operations & Event Logistics: Manages physical asset setup, event coordination, table sign-ups, and operational execution for campus events.

• Director of External Partnerships: Coordinates corporate outreach, speaker engagements, and external networking initiatives.

• Director of Student Engagement: Drives recruitment, member retention, campus involvement fairs, and student outreach.
